His arrival is the first fruit of the Collaboration Agreement recently signed between the rector of the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas, M.V.Z. Dámaso Anaya Alvarado, and Alberto Clark, Director of Football of Club Necaxa. The agreement aims to strengthen the development of talent between both institutions.
