Club Necaxa welcomes Professor Hugo Sánchez Gutiérrez, who will assume the technical direction of Centellas starting from the Apertura 2026 tournament. The arrival represents continuity in the work and development built within the institution, backed by his experience in football formation and professionalism, as well as his knowledge of the environment and the identity of the Club. Hugo Sánchez has experience as a professional footballer, a stage that he later complemented with a career focused on formation and technical direction. Throughout his career, he has been part of institutions such as Atlas FC, Celaya FC, Club Irapuato, the University of the Valley of Mexico, Alfareros de Tonalá and Colegio Once Mexico. Within Club Necaxa, he has worked in basic forces since 2023, occupying administrative and sports positions, as well as serving as an assistant coach in the Sub 19 and Sub 23 categories. He also directed the Sub 15 category and recently was in charge of the Sub 14, actively participating in the development of talent #HechoEnNecaxa within the institution.
